I’m Michelle Luedtke, and I leverage my diverse expertise to blend the creative and analytical, driving strategies forward and achieving compelling results. For over a decade I have cultivated my skills in business strategy and development, people and project management, training and facilitation, research (survey design, data collection, analysis), data visualization, graphic design, and marketing and communications. I’m technically savvy, a quick learner, and a person who wants to know the ‘why’ of things, embracing a beginner’s mindset and seeking out solutions when challenges arise. A recent MBA graduate, I’m passionate about developing others and fostering positive company culture in a values-driven company.
